Adhitya is a highly accomplished tax professional with extensive experience in tax compliance, tax advisory, and corporate tax strategy. He obtained his Bachelor degree in Fiscal Administration from the University of Indonesia in 2007, and later earned his Master’s degree in Taxation Administration and Policy in 2010.

Over more than a decade in the tax profession, he has built his career at some of the most respected names in the industry beginning as a Senior Associate in Tax Services at PwC Indonesia, before progressing through key roles at Deloitte Indonesia, OPCO Indonesia, and CFLD International.

In 2022, Adhitya advanced his career by joining PT. Lippo Karawaci, Tbk. as Group Head, Tax, where he leads the company's tax function across its diverse business lines. His responsibilities include overseeing group-level tax strategy, ensuring tax compliance and financial reporting, and providing strategic tax guidance to senior management.

His balanced perspective between regulatory precision and business practicality has proven instrumental in safeguarding the company's interests while maintaining constructive relationships with stakeholders and regulators. Adhitya's professional journey reflects a blend of technical depth, regulatory insight, and sound commercial judgment.

His broad exposure across leading organizations such as PwC Indonesia, Deloitte Indonesia, OPCO Indonesia, and CFLD International culminating in his current role leading the tax function at PT.
